    Return

    As part of the exercise of the withdrawal right, the Products must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging together with the relative purchase invoice, or a copy of the same in the case of partial return. The return of a Product, in case of replacement or refund request, is free of charge.     Change

    Necly. bags being limited in one piece for color and metal closure, the changes will be accepted only for defects. In case of change, please contact necly.luxury.handbags@gmail.com  within 30 days of delivery.

    Refund

    In the event of a refund request, the latter will require seventy-two (72) working hours from receipt of the product (s). You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The reimbursement, which includes the delivery costs of the initial order, will be made with the same payment method used at the time of the order, with euro currency.

    Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to make a refund on your card, based on the processing terms. The time period required varies according to the issuers of the card and we are not able to speed up this process, independent of willpower.

    In this case, we advise you to take out the insurance offered by your courier. Necly. will not be liable in case of loss, sending to an incorrect address or delay in the delivery of any Product that you have decided to return to the Site, as these risks are linked to the means of transport chosen by you and used exclusively by you.
